At Bleucoin, all our products are made and packed with strict quality checks.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are NOT applicable on any products once the order is shipped or delivered.

Due to the nature of peel & stick tiles and decals, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after purchase as all the products are made to order.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted, as orders move quickly into processing or production.

Custom / Made-to-Order Products

Custom orders, made-to-size, or personalized products are NON-CANCELLABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the product and outer packaging

Our team will review and assist you.
